Nature Excursions
Examples of the daily adventure excursions included in the retreat: |

Snorkeling above the coral caves at Tunnels Beach, a snorkeler's paradise with a view of legendary "Bali Hai," or Makua Mountain.
There are shallow, sandy areas and deep water caverns containing more coral and tropical fish than any other North Shore bay.
Kayaking and hiking to a hidden waterfall above the Kilauea River.
You’ll learn how to flow with the river and also how to manifest your dreams using the energy of the falls. |

Hiking Kauai's majestic NaPali Cliffs along the famous Kalalau trail to Hanakapiai Beach, with nature guide Steve Backinoff, PT, for two miles of breathtaking coastal views ending at a perfect white-sand beach. |
Visiting an ancient Hawaiian heiau (sacred site) above Ke'e Beach in Haena, where there is the most famous hula platform in Hawaii and an altar to the legendary goddess Laka.
Snorkeling follows at Ke'e, a sandy-bottomed lagoon that is surrounded by a coral reef that makes swimming safe even when the open ocean is choppy. |
Queens Bath - Hiking down a jungle-like trail past a lovely waterfall to hike across a lava field to a warm ocean pool, the historic Queens Bath, where you can swim, snorkel and relax, then view turtles frolicking in the surf below. |
Touring the Limahuli Tropical Botanical Gardens, where they propagate and conserve tropical plants on 17 acres of hillsides and cliffs above Haena Beach.
Led by nature guide Jeannie Ruman, author of "As They Walk Among Us," a journey into the hidden world of nature. She will teach you how to communicate with the spirit of nature and expand your awareness of nature's healing qualities. |
Healing Modalities |
Lomi Lomi Massage - Each participant will experience the
luxurious temple-style massage, provided only to royalty in

in a private tent facing the ocean, with the sound of the
surf and Hawaiian music to help soothe your senses. |
