“The Art of Stress Management”
Holistic Health Retreat and CE Program

What better place to learn the secrets of managing stress and healing with nature than the breathtaking Big Island of Hawaii? The active volcano, the spray of majestic waterfalls, snorkeling with turtles and dolphins in the soothing sea, and the mystical flora and fauna of the rainforest all have lessons to teach on our daily adventures during this wellness retreat.

In ancient Hawaiian philosophy, all illness results from stress. Tension restricts the flow of the body’s healing energy. Modern medical research continues to prove this relationship – linking stress to everything from high blood pressure to weight gain.

You will learn to release physical, emotional and mental stress, resulting in a healthier body, more harmonious feelings, and clearer, more focused thinking.

Our Big Island Getaway will be held at Kalani Oceanside Retreat. Kalani is a serene, back-to-nature, eco-resort that celebrates Hawaii, nature, culture and wellness.
